Myth

A duck, presumably in an echoey place, can quack away to its little ducky hearts content.. and there will be no echo.

And further more, nobody is quite sure why.

Reality

Clearly, ducks have the ability to bend the laws of physics. Hence there use in stealth technology. No, not really.

The 'fact' is complete drivel. Of course a ducks quack echos! Interestingly though, the duck's quack is actually very similar to it's echo; which is probably the source of the myth. OK, I'm just being kind.
